Elon Musk Donates Additional 3 Terrabytes of Misinformation to Helene Victims

Elon Musk donated another three terabytes of misinformation to Hurricane Helene victims this weekend, server data reports show.

While hundreds of thousands of Americans have given money to help those who have been impacted by Helene's destruction, Musk has made use of his social media platform 'X' to assure people that such funds would be diverted by the federal government as part of a political ploy.

"The Federal Emergency Management Agency is actively blocking citizens who try to help," Musk, who also promoted baseless claims that North Carolina's Democrat Governor was misappropriating relief to aid illegal immigrants, posted on X Saturday.

"The federal government is going to bulldoze these places and take your land," another post that netted over a million views on X read.

Musk's efforts, though disadvantageous in the short-term to hurricane victims who have been deterred from procuring aid they are being misled into thinking has been stolen, will be of long-term benefit to them once Donald Trump has been re-elected President, is the logic behind the business mogul's philanthropy, political analyst Trey Meadows posits.

"Sure, the Biden administration probably didn't really use a weather machine to guide the hurricane towards predominately conservative regions of the southeast, but when Trump is back in the White House, tax cuts for corporations and billionaires like Musk will eventually, somehow make life better for everyone," Meadows argued.

"A rising tide lifts all boats, after all," Meadows added.
