Report: Transgender People Push Florida Inflation to Highest in Country

Now the highest in the country, inflation in Florida continues to rise as more of its residents seek gender-affirming care, new data shows.

According to a report released Tuesday morning, the Sunshine State's inflation rate ticked up over 7% in August - nearly 4 points higher than the national average - despite continuing efforts by Governor Ron DeSantis to curb upward transexual pressures on everything from groceries and gas to a Tallahassian's morning cup of joe.

"It's a tough fight, but it's not one we can turn away from. We can't just ignore the fact that inflation has tripled in the last four years since transexuals started coming out in force across Florida. That our rents are now second highest in the country behind only California," DeSantis, who took office in 2019, remarked.

Not limited to just inflation, transexuals and their woke allies arewreaking havoc on Florida in a myriad of other ways, reducing the quality of life for the 99% of the population who have no plans to change their sex.

"Did you know that Florida insurance premiums have soared over 200% in the past four years? And that sinkholes have nearly doubled?" State Senator Gayle Hooper pointed out. "Not to mention my neighbor's Cocker Spaniel just got eaten by an alligator."

As of press time, the National Hurricane Center was monitoring three transexual depression systems in the Atlantic that could develop into hurricanes.
