New Leak Shows Supreme Court Set to Overturn 'Rape v. Lady'

Two weeks after a draft to overturn Roe v. Wade was made public, the Supreme Court is on the verge of also overturning Rape v. Lady, another leak has revealed.

Arguing that Rape v. Lady was "fundamentally unsound from the outset", the decision – which was also authored by Samuel Alito – will remove all federal protections against rape.

"We hold that Rape v. Lady must be overruled. It is time to return the issue of rape to the people's elected representatives," Alito writes.

Contending that federal laws against rape fail to take into account the "many nuances of how and why a rape occurs", Alito went on to cite the sharply conflicting views some Americans have on the issue of violent sexual assault.

"Some people like rape," Alito penned. "Many men, and even certain ladies, judging by how some choose to dress."

"Also, it is incontrovertible that many ladies are incapable on their own of making sound judgments on who to select for sexual partners," Alito expounded. "An attractive young woman might choose some handsome tennis player who'll end up working in his father's furniture store for the rest of his life instead of a future Supreme Court Justice, for example," he wrote.

If finalized, the United States will join Myanmar and Somalia as the only countries lacking a federal law against rape.
