Unwanted Pregnancy Survivor Aspires to Become Abortion Doctor
Few children can be as sure of their true calling in life as 12 year-old Marvin Hager was when he first discovered that it is possible for a woman to electively terminate her pregnancy. An unwanted pregnancy survivor himself, Marvin aspires to one day become an abortion doctor.
"When I grow up I want to help bad mothers make their babies die so they don't have to suffer like me," Marvin said.
Born to a single, alcoholic woman who emotionally abandoned her child from birth before literally abandoning him in a movie theater, Marvin's traumatic upbringing has left him sullen and distrustful of potential sources of affection.
"I never met my dad, but my mother always told me I took after him because he was worthless and stupid," Marvin recounted, "For my eleventh birthday she took me to see 'Hot Tub Time Machine' and never came back."
Considered too depressing by most parents looking to adopt a child, Marvin has spent his last 14 months in four different foster homes – an experience he describes as "just terrible – probably the best time of my life".
Still, Marvin's discovery of the abortion procedure has brought new light to his world. Once careening from near-catatonic episodes of despair to savage acts of violence, the newfound awareness of the procedure of abortion has given him a reason to live.
Newly motivated, Marvin has traded long afternoons of sitting alone in a darkened room for long days and nights of rigorous study.
"I've got to get good grades if I'm going to get into medical school so I can put all those poor babies out of their misery," Marvin reasoned.
Marvin hopes to "save as many unwanted fetuses from the hell of this world" as he is physically able before finally and mercifully taking his own life.
