Latest Silver Report Predicts Election to be Decided by Mentally Disabled Floridian

According to the latest election analysis released by Nate Silver, the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election will be determined by a mentally disabled woman living in the Orlando area.

Silver, whose unique methodology correctly predicted the result of all 50 states in the 2012 election, says he stands behind his most specific forecast of an election to date.

"Incorporating the idiosyncrasies intrinsic to America's Electoral College system with the latest poll results smoothed by comparative demographic data, I am confident Wendy Pack of St. Cloud, Florida will cast the deciding ballot in the 2016 presidential election," Silver remarked.

Pack, an unemployed 36 year old who currently lives with her mother, says her top concern in this year's election is keeping America’s dumpsters safe.

"A lot of people eat out of there, so it should be safe," she said. "That guy in New Jersey blew a dumpster up with a bomb. That's dangerous and a waste of food. Also, they need to get rid of the rats and the (expletive) raccoons."

Pack cited the cost of lottery tickets as a secondary issue, arguing they should only cost 'a quarter', and demanded that whoever is elected president should stop whoever keeps stealing her cats.

"Cuz I had like, fourteen, and now I only have like, five left," she said. "Whenever I let them out sometimes they don't come back."

Quick to respond to the latest report from Silver, Hillary Clinton held a rare, impromptu press conference this morning.

"Once elected I will make securing this nation's garbage receptacles from terrorists and rodents as my number one priority," she declared. "Also, I promise to find out what's going on with this lady's cats."

Unfortunately for Clinton however, as of this afternoon, Ms. Pack says she will be voting for Trump, because, 'her Mom is'.
